Simple, Tasty Smoothie: Mango Strawberry

Smoothie recipes are harder than they look. They often require adding sugar, which makes them feel less-than healthy. This week's smoothie recipe is only four simple ingredients, one is calorie-free (ice) and sugar isn't one of them! This recipe has been made countless times in this household, so you know it is pretty amazing. Recipe notes: if it comes out too liquid-y, add more ice and if it comes out too thick, add water. Let's get to it!
Ice (crushed works best, especially when using a cheap blender)
1 cup sliced mango
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1. Add all of the ingredients to the blender and blend for 30 seconds (or desired consistency).
